Before your first session
Your first session is a call
It is 50 minutes by phone or video, and no trauma work happens on it.
Before
We send a written estimate and a short form with your name, contact details and times that suit you. Nothing about your history.
During
You decide how much to share. We talk about your supports, what a block asks of you, and the risks, and you ask what you like.
After
If a block fits, we choose a day and send a written plan. If it does not, we help you find another route.
Arriving
When you come to Anchorage
Blocks start at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m.
The office is on Spenard Road, with parking behind the building. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early, eat beforehand, and keep the rest of the day light. You are welcome to bring a person to wait with you; they stay in the waiting room.
Eat before you come
Keep the rest of the day free
Bring something to settle you afterward

Start with a preparation call
Tell us when you can talk and how. We reply by the way you choose.
