What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached, your town and your message. We ask that you leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to schedule a call. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Your therapy records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start, we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

Other sites

If you use the practice's own portal for intake forms, that portal has its own privacy notice.

How to ask for deletion

Write to hello@fathomtrauma.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
