What stays the same

  • A preparation call first

Before any trauma work, we talk. You decide how much history to share.

  • The pace is yours

Your clinician sets it with you. There is no set number of sessions or blocks.

  • A plan for afterward

A written plan for the evening, the next day and how to reach us.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the preparation call. We will talk through the options with you.
